NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Marion Area Multi Agency
Emergency Telecommunication Center [METCOM], Marion County State of Oregon,
to discuss the budget for the scal year July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, will be
held via ZOOM remote platform and in person at 1060 Mt. Hood Av. Woodburn,
OR. The meetings will take place on the 4th of February 2025 at 10:00 a.m. A
second meeting has been scheduled for the 26th of February 2025 at 10:00
a.m. The purpose of these meetings is to discuss the anticipated budget, review
the budget, receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public
on the budget. The budget message and full budget document will be presented
and reviewed at the February 26th, 2025, committee meeting. A copy of the
budget document may be obtained on or after Monday, February 24th, 2025, by
contacting METCOM at 503-982-2349, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00
p.m. This Notice of Budget Committee Meeting is also posted on our website at
www.metcom911.com.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take
place. Any person may appear at the meeting or via Zoom platform and discuss
the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Please contact METCOM
at 503-982-2349 by 9:00 a.m. the day prior to the scheduled meeting date to
request the Zoom meeting link.
